Initial Screening
Our HR team reviews your profile within 3–5 working days and calls shortlisted candidates for a brief 20-minute telephonic discussion.
Technical / Functional Interview
A structured in-person or video interview with the relevant department head. For engineering roles, this includes a brief technical assessment.
Offer & Onboarding
Successful candidates receive a formal offer within 48 hours of the final interview. Our onboarding programme ensures you're effective from Day 1.
